First up… Swatches!

Swatches for the Fitglow Beauty Spring Rose Launch

Kind + Rose Lip Serum Duo

Shades:

Kind= “Baby Peach Coral”
Rose= “Soft Shimmery Sheer Rose”

Superpowers:

“LIP COLOUR SERUM goes beyond just adding color and hydration to lips. The plant-based gloss gently plumps without irritation. Organic Pomegranate Plant Sterols, Beet Extract, Vegan Collagen, and antioxidants improve lip cell structure and health to diminish fine lines and leave lips full and soft.”

My Review:

As with all lip serums, these products not only deliver the best pop of colour but the formula is creamy, non tacky, moisturizing and is formulated to prevent aging of the lips. The two colours in the new Lip Serum Duo are amazing for spring and summer and I’ve already popped Rose in my purse as an everyday shimmer that works perfectly with neutral make up looks (or even no makeup at all). Rose is a soft peach shade, sort of the muted and softer sister to the shade ‘KOI’. It’s a pop of baby pink with a subtle coral undertone. These colours fit nicely into my lip serum collection and I’ve been reaching for both colours lately.

Sunny Days Cheek Palette

Shades:

Shapely- Matte Contouring bronzer
Rose- Shimmery Rose Gold Blush
Sunstone- Shimmery Warm Bronze

Superpowers:

“Pure minerals pressed with organic oils and collagen boosting plant extracts firm, smooth, and protect skin from aging while adding a pop of natural color to cheeks or even eyes.”

My Review:

When Fitglow discontinued their previous pressed bronzers and blushes about a year ago, I was heartbroken. They created my absolute favourite bronzer and I was waiting on the edge of my seat for the day they created a replacement (I knew it was coming, it was just a matter of ‘when’). The Sunny Days Palette goes beyond my expectations for a replacement cheek product and it came with THREE shades that I could fawn over. The shaping bronzer called “shapely” is my contouring replacement and I couldn’t be more impressed with the formula. It is a pressed powder bronzer, yes, but it has a slight creamy/velvet texture which helps it to last through out the day as well as look fresh (and not too powdery). The other two shades compliment this one perfectly and take my skin from ‘dull to beach glow’.

Full Ingredients:

Mica (CI 77019), Calcium Carbonate, Caprylic Triglyceride, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rubus (Cloudberry) Chamaemorus Seed Oil, Plant Collagen Boost (Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil and Lupinus (Lupin) Albus Seed Extract), Camellia Sinensis (Gren Tea) Leaf Extract. May contain: Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Ultramarines (CI 77007), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891)

Lumi Duo POP + Illuminate

Shades:

POP
Lumi Firm Highlight

Superpowers: “Natural plant peptides firm skin while plant collagen fights signs of aging by strengthening skin structure.”

My Review:

The Lumi Duo is a combo of some of my favourite fitglow products. They are a multi-use product as you can use them for more than just your cheeks! I use them to put a pop of colour to my lips as well as eye lids. The Highlighter can be used in the corners of your eyes to brighten! The new colour POP is the most gorgeous strawberry.. You can dab in lightly for a hint of rose or layer for a full strawberry effect. It is just gorgeous! This duo comes paired with the Lumi firm highlight that I have loved for a while now. Between the two Lumi’s in this duo, you’ll pop and glow to perfection.

Full Ingredients:

Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba)*, Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter (Cocoa)*, Silica, Water (Aqua) & Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Seed Extract (Sweet Almond Peptides), Hexapeptide 11 (Probiotic Peptide), Mica, Cera Alba (Beeswax)*, Tocopherol Acetate (Non Gmo), Vegetable Collagen, Rosmarinus Offcinalis Leaf Extract (Rosemary)*, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil*, Iron Oxide (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499). *CERTIFIED ORGANIC

Fitglow “Beauty Cube” Organizer

To top everything off, I finally got my hands on the Fitglow Beauty Cube. A fully functional makeup kit that keeps all your fitglow goodies in one place. This cube is meant to store these products perfectly and is custom made for their sizes. The best part is that they keep everything upright so makeup doesnt open up and get messy like the inside of every single makeup bag I’ve ever previously owned. I love the design and the colour.. functional, sturdy, and cute!
